Brian W. Peychaud

Brian W. Peychaud, 40, of Newnan passed away Monday, Nov. 25, 2013. He was born Oct. 16, 1973 in New Orleans, La. to Janard Joseph Peychaud and Iris Barthe' Peychaud.

Brian was born and raised in New Orleans and was proud of his family's heritage. He moved to Georgia when he was 18 but always considered New Orleans his home. Brian was a natural salesman, so his career at Ashley Furniture led him to work in their Newnan and Buckhead stores before becoming the Sales Manager for the company's Lithonia location.

The memorial mass will be Saturday, Nov. 30 at 2 p.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 3 Village Rd, Newnan with Father Terry Crone officiating. Inurnment will occur later in December at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Condolences can be expressed online at www.mckoon.com

Survivors include wife, Melissa Tankersley Peychaud; son, Mason Warren Peychaud; mother, Iris Barthe' Peychaud of Newnan; brother, Jay Peychaud and wife Nacole of Newnan; father, Janard Peychaud Sr. of Hoover, Al.; nephews, Justin Peychaud, Joshua Peychaud; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
