Mr. Johnny William Patterson

Mr. Johnny William Patterson, age 73, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed on Saturday evening, Nov. 23, 2013.

He was born March 20, 1940, in Carrollton, Georgia, the son of the late Prince Patterson and the late Lois Thompson Patterson.

He was retired from Sewell Manufacturing Company and was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Florence Elizabeth Patterson; and brothers, S. P. Patterson, Billy Patterson and Roy Patterson. Survivors include sisters, Bernice Cochran of Newnan, Barbara Gentry of Carrollton, Linda Clark of Whitesburg and Faye Hite of Sharpsburg; and brothers, Larry Patterson of Newnan and Terry Patterson of Franklin.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26, from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Anthony Puckett officiating and Mr. Scott Hite delivering the eulogy. Interment was in Carroll Memory Gardens.
