Mrs. Francisca Chiaccio Ojeda

Mrs. Francisca Chiaccio Ojeda, 97, passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at Southland Health & Rehabilitation in Peachtree City. 

She was born July 30, 1916, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to the late Juan & Yelma Chiaccio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ricardo Ojeda.

The funeral service was Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 2 p.m. at the graveside in Cokes Chapel United Methodist Church cemetery in Sharpsburg, GA, with Pastor Mark Jordan officiating. Rather than flowers, the family respectfully requested memorial contributions to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, Attn: Gift Processing, 1687 Tullie Circle, Atlanta, GA 30329.

Survivors include son, Juan Ojeda of Woodbridge, VA; grandchildren, Jackie Simpson & husband Keith of Sharpsburg, Alex Ojeda of Douglasville; great-grandchild, Alexandra Simpson; and numerous other relatives in Argentina.
