Mrs. Elisabeth Myers Holman

Mrs. Elisabeth Myers Holman, aka “Miss Liz,” 64 of Manchester, GA, died Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, at her home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Holman will be 3 p.m. Saturday Nov. 16 at the chapel of Cox Funeral Home, Manchester, Ga., with burial in the Meriwether Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.

Miss Liz, as she is known by friends, was born July 26, 1949, in Alpha, FL, the daughter of John F. and Alice Belle Lore Sr. She was a cashier with Low Bucks in Manchester, GA, and a member of the Victory Temple Church of God, Manchester, GA.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth William Holman of Manchester; daughters, Tabitha Lynn Beaman of Manchester, Roxanne Spratlin of Newnan, Dawn McGuire of Newnan, and Amy Green of Newnan; sons, Fredric Gann of Grantville, GA, Andrew Gann of Manchester; sister, Margaret Carder of McDonough; brothers, John F. Lore Jr. of Senoia, Edward Lore of Senoia, James Lore of Dallas, GA, and George Lore of Covington; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
