Mrs. Betty Louise (Rushton) Mills

Mrs. Betty Louise (Rushton) Mills passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013, at her home in Newnan, GA.

Betty Louise was a lifelong resident of the South Metro area (East Point and College Park). She was known as a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Leonard Mills; two sons, David Rushton, Rusty Rushton; two daughter s, Deb b i e (Rushton) Teal and Sandra (Rushton) McAdams; three grandchildren, Brandon Teal, Brittany McAdams, Nathan McAdams; two brothers, Roy Long Jr. and Ronald E. Long.

She is predeceased by her parents, Roy Alonzo Long Sr. and Lora Mae Bartlett Long. She is also predeceased by her son, Gerald Rushton Jr. (aka Gerry); a brother, Johnny F. Long; and two sisters, Carolyn Long Bolling and Brenda Long Bentley.

A private family service will be held.
