Mr. John T. McGouirk
Mr. John T. McGouirk, age 59, of Newnan, died at Piedmont Newnan Hospital on February 21, 2013.
He was born in East Point, Georgia on December 20, 1953, to the late Howard and Mary McGouirk. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Shea McGouirk and sister, Carol McGouirk.
He was a long-time employee of Clayton Appliance Co. for over 40 years. Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Leslie McGouirk of Newnan; sons, Jay McGouirk and Ryan McGouirk both of Newnan; brothers, Milton McGouirk of Flower Mound, Texas and Neil McGouirk of Jackson, Georgia; sisters, Angie Hall of Peachtree City and Donna Rosso of Watkinsville; a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2013, at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel with the Reverend Herman Woods officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, Sunday, 1-2 p.m.
