Mr. Lawrence Clarence Disco, age 79, of Newnan, GA, died at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital on Jan. 22, 2013.
After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps he was in insurance sales. He was predeceased by his parents and wife, Jean Carol Disco.
Surviving are his sons, Larry Disco of Massachusetts and David Disco of Oklahoma; daughters, Linda Dowd of Washington, Julie Disco of Massachusetts, and Carol Fields of Fairburn; sister, Arlene Rheaume of New Hampshire; 14 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26 at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Bryan Hosmer officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Georgia National Cemetery. Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home, Newnan, GA; 770-253-4723
