Mrs. Margaret ‘Theresa’ Chavarria
Mrs. Margaret “Theresa” Chavarria, age 78, of Newnan passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2013, at her residence.
She was born on November 1, 1934, to the late Wyatt Rogers Morgan and Alice Keeney Morgan. Mrs. Chavarria was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Benjamin Chavarria, and son, Michael Chavarria.
She was a graduate of Mercy School of Nursing, director of nursing at Coweta General, president of Help Associates and an avid Auburn fan.
Mrs. Chavarria is survived by her three children and six grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at 11 a.m. at St. George Catholic Church. Father Jerome Chavarria and Father Henry Atem will officiate. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Monday, January 21, 2013, from 5:30 p.m. till 7 p.m. with a rosary service to follow at McKoon Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Amedisys Christen Foundation, 5959 Sherwood Forest Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70816.
