Mrs. Lois Roberts Bayles Kearns, age 88, of Sharpsburg, GA, passed away on Jan. 9, 2013.
She was born in Wheeling, WV, to the late Robert Roberts and Myrtle Clark Roberts.
She lived in the East Point, GA, area for many years, then later in Tyrone, GA, and Sharpsburg, GA.
She was the owner/operator of The Christian Book Store in East Point, GA, for a long period of time. Mrs. Kearns was a former member of East Point Christian Church, a charter member of Westside Christian Church, and a member now of Peachtree City Christian Church. She loved to travel and to entertain.
Mrs. Kearns was predeceased by her husbands, Glen E. Bayles and Billy H. Kearns; and son, Lowell R. Bayles. Surviving are her son, Mark Bayles (Cynthia) of Camas, WA; daughter, Joyce Bayles Spatz of Sharpsburg, GA; grandchildren, Erin V. Morrow, Andrea M. Paz, Garrett E. Spatz; 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12 at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel with Rev. Robert Tyler officiating. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, beginning at noon.
