Mrs. Eunice English Copeland
Mrs. Eunice English Copeland, 98, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at her home in Newnan. She was born June 17, 1914, in Locust Grove, GA, to the late Joseph Johnson English & Lillie Mae Tollerson English. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by husband, Thomas Alton Copeland and son, Darrell Copeland.
Mrs. Copeland was a longtime, devoted member of Unity Baptist Church. The funeral is Sunday, Dec. 2, at 2 p.m. at Unity Baptist Church with Pastor Danny Wilson officiating.
Mrs. Copeland will lie in state at the church on Sunday beginning at 1:30 p.m. The visitation is Saturday afternoon from 4 - 6 at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson St., Newnan. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
