• Clifford Meritt Smith, 83, of Canton, GA, formerly of Newnan, GA, died Nov. 9, 2012. Neptune Society is handling his final services.
• Jerry Lee Stephens, 68, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012. Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. at Bellamy Chapel, Hiram. Bellamy Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
• Chor “Ellison” Hoon Tan, 50, of Newnan, GA, formerly of Destin, FL, and Eatontown, NJ, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012. The funeral is Saturday, Nov. 17 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan. Visitation is Saturday 12:30-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
• William L. Tucker, 66, of Newnan, GA, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17 in the chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Valley, AL.
