Ms. Tina Elaine Thacker, age 53 of Newnan, died at Emory University Hospital on September 20, 2012.
She was born in Newnan on May 20, 1959, to Larry Tolbert Thacker and Patricia Ann Addison Thacker.
She was in food service for restaurants and will be remembered by all as a giving person.
She was predeceased by her father, Larry Thacker; a son, Billy Ray Barber; and a brother, Dennis Thacker.
Surviving are her mother, Patricia A. Thacker of Sharpsburg; sons, Blake Thacker and Cody Barber, both of Newnan; brother, Tony Thacker of Newnan; sisters, Debra (Eric) Roberts of Senoia, Lisa (Joe) Swanson of Orlando, FL, and Sherry Thacker of Sharpsburg; aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, September 24, 2012, at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Udell Addison, Rev. Donny Shelton, and Rev. T.J. Boyd officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Blake Thacker, Cody Barber, Debra Roberts, Lisa and Joe Swanson, Sherry Thacker, Frankie Addison, Ronnie Thacker, Dennis Thacker, and Daniel Thacker.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, Sunday, 3-8 p.m.
