Mr. Billy Joe Addison
Mr. Billy Joe Addison, 66, of Newnan, GA, passed away Sept. 18, 2012. He was born in Newnan on Oct. 4, 1945, to the late Jim and Beulah Parker Addison.
He worked as a lead man for James Rivers (now Georgia-Pacific) for many years.
Besides his parents, Billy is preceded in death by a sister, Martha Jean McKenzie, and brother, Charles E. Addison. He is survived by his sister, Shirley Riggs and her husband Jack, of Independence MO; uncle, Udell Addison and his wife Mary Ellen, of Columbus; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 20 in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Brother Udell Addison officiating.
Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Those wishing may send an online condolence to www.mckoon.com .
