Mrs. Adeline Maria Urban Gulick, 95, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
She was born Aug. 22, 1917, in Chicago, IL, to the late Frank Urban & Angeline Krol Urban.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elvin Alden Gulick.
A private, family graveside service is planned at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Rather than flowers, the family respectfully requests contributions to St. George Catholic Church, 771 Roscoe Rd, Newnan, GA 30263.

She is survived by sons, Jeff Gulick & wife Velma, Richard Gulick; grandson, Matthew Allen Gulick; and great-grandson, Breyden Matthew Gulick.
