On August 10, 2012, Mr. James Russell Byrom, of Newnan, GA, succumbed to injuries suffered from a motorcycle accident in October 1979.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Whitlock; father, Doug Byrom; brother, Mike Byrom; and is survived by his mother, Sally Byrom, of Newnan; daughter, Amy Tallant and husband Bobby of Vonnore, TN; brothers, Erie Byrom of Newnan, John Byrom of Moreland; grandchildren, Jonathan Tallant, Bob Tallant, Christian Tallant, Noah Whitlock, Josh Whitlock, Katie Whitlock, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, August 19 in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Rev. Wendell Burdette officiating.
Interment will follow at Southview Cemetery in Moreland.
