Mrs. Marie W. Vincent, 86, of Newnan, GA, died Sunday July 15, 2012 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. She had been living at the Benton House in Newnan for the past year. She was born on April 3, 1926, in Calcis, AL, to the late William F. and Charlsie K. Wilder.
Marie is survived by her daughter, Sandy L. Clement and her husband Dave, of Fitzgerald GA; sons, David S. Handley and his wife Camille, of Newnan, Clyde M. Handley Jr. and his wife Dianne, of Newnan; grandchildren, David A. Clements, of Augusta, Chad Handley, of Newnan, Toby Clements, of Alpharetta, Dedire Storey, of Atlanta, Allison Handley, of Newnan, Shannon Waters, of Newnan, Brandon Handley, of Newnan; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Nadine Jackson, of Vincent, AL, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Strickland officiating. Interment was at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
