• Neal Randy “Pops” Chapman of Newnan, Ga., died Thursday, June 14, 2012. A graveside service will be Sunday, June 17, at 2 p.m. at Holly Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory, Fairburn.
• Luster Jones, 94 of Sharpsburg, Ga., died at his residence June 15, 2012. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 17, at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home, Newnan. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery at a later date.
• Geraldine Hall Smith, 82, of the Welcome community, died Friday, June 15, 2012 at Avalon of Newnan. Visitation will be Saturday, June 16, from 2-4 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan. Funeral service is at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Newnan.
• David Madison Stone, 32, of Newnan, Ga., originally of Bowling Green, Ky., died June 12, 2012. Friends may call on the family Monday beginning at 10 a.m. prior to a short service at 11 a.m. at the Bloch Chapel in Fairview Cemetery, Bowling Green, with burial to follow. J. C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel, Bowling Green.
• Gerald Glenn Wright, age 72, of Newnan, Ga., died at his residence on June 15, 2012. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 18, at Meriwether Memory Gardens in Manchester. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, Saturday, from 6-8 p.m. Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home, Newnan.
