The Coweta Association of Retired Educators will meet 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Coweta County School System's Werz Building, 167 Werz Industrial Drive, Newnan.

CARE members are encouraged to bring canned goods to help with the local community food drive.

All local retired educators are encouraged to attend and join, said President Carol Thrower.

"We welcome those who have retired from other states or counties," she said.

Neal Shepherd will be the speaker for the February meeting. Refreshments will follow the business meeting and program.
