Mrs. Glinda Garland of Moreland, GA, passed away Aug. 16, 2012.

She was the owner of New and Used Bargains in Newnan and is survived by her husband, Gary Garland of Moreland; mother, Bessie Petty of Sargent, GA; sons, Ricky Davenport and his wife Sharon of Palmetto, Max Wood of Moreland; sisters, Bonnie Cheek of Sargent, Linda Mitchell of Tyrone; brother, Joey Cheek and his wife Tara of Sharpsburg; grandchildren, Andy Davenport, Brittany Davenport, Austin Davenport, Brandon Knapp, Tatum Knapp and Stormy Mickler.

A memorial service will be held Monday, Aug. 20 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev. Douglas Landers officiating. Those wishing may send an online condolence at www.parrottfuneralhome.com .
