Mr. Bobby Ronald Waldrop Sr., age 69 of Newnan, GA, died on August 2, 2012.

He was born in Atlanta on January 24, 1943, to the late Clyde Waldrop and Irene Kent Waldrop.

He enjoyed all sports and loved to travel.

Surviving are his sons, Bobby Waldrop, David (Lisa) Waldrop, Michael Waldrop, Lamar Waldrop; daughters, Dottie (Rocky) Harrison, Teresa Evans, Lisa (Rex) Lee, Candi (Gary) Cygan; brother, Pete (Betty) Waldrop; 22 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Saturday, Aug. 4 at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. John Bratcher officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday, 6-8 p.m.
