Starship appeals judge's dismissal ruling, case set for Aug. 30
Starship has appealed a federal judge’s dismissal of its case against Coweta County, and the case is set for oral arguments on Aug. 30.
The oral arguments will be held before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Montgomery, Ala.
