Mrs. Tamsen Jean Lopez, age 64, of Sharpsburg, GA passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012.

She worked as an office manager for Bilmar Foods & Tyrone Outdoor Power Equipment, was a senior examiner with the IRS, and she was retired from Delta Airlines as a technical analyst.

Tamsen is survived by her husband, Jack Lopez; daughters, Julia Garner, Melissa Lovingood, Jacqueline Lopez and Kellye Lopez; grandchildren, Clinton Sharpe, Allen Lovingood, Autumn Lovingood, and Madison Nugent; mother, Kathryn Chettle; sister, Lisa Martin; uncles, William Hefner and Calvin Hefner; and aunts, Colleen Einhorn, and Phyllis Vaughn.

A memorial service will be held at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home & Crematory, Peachtree City, GA on Monday, June 4 at 3 p.m. with Calvin Hefner officiating. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 2 p.m.
