Tracy Lee Nash, 34, pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of child molestation. Judge Quillian A. Baldwin sentenced him to 20 years to serve 10 in prison.
Nash, who was represented by attorney Stacy Flynn, was charged with having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl while living in her household between February and April 2007, according to Assistant District Attorney Andrea Newton.
"There were additional charges, but we dismissed them because the victim's mother was satisfied with 20 years to do 10 on child molestation so that [the victim] wouldn't have to testify in trial," said Newton.
