A U.S. Army representative will be speaking to the Job Network meeting tonight.
The Army, as well as the other military services, offers numerous opportunities for local job seekers to consider. After the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with guests and other job seekers present.
"In addition, several companies with local job opportunities have been invited," said Andy Whitlock, a volunteer with the group. "Representatives from the Newnan Career Center will also be there to review any open positions they have posted in the last month."
Job Network meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the parish hall of Newnan First United Methodist Church, 33 Greenville St. For more information, call 770-253-7400 or go on-line at www.newnanfumc.org and select "Job Network" under "Resources."
