Coweta judge supports Deal's juvenile law

The bill that rewrites Georgia’s juvenile code was signed into law by Gov. Nathan Deal on Thursday. 

Though House Bill 242 is often referred to as a “juvenile justice reform” bill, it is a lot more than that. It is an entire rewrite of the state’s juvenile code, and covers changes to the way Georgia deals with abused and neglected children as well as those who commit crimes.
