Coweta 911 Communications Officers Emir Flores, front, and Shelly Tenney were among those on duty on the morning of March 26, when Beth Voltz called to get help for her daughter stranded in Mexico.

The communications officers on duty at Coweta 911 weren’t sure what to do either. But they were determined to figure it out.
