A Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting was recently held for Ciao Bella Medical Center and Spa on Jefferson Parkway.
Ciao Bella offers obstetrics, gynecology, medical weight loss, bioidentical hormones and anti-aging treatments.

Peterson joins RE/MAX Results
RE/MAX Results welcomes Georgia native and new agent Kassie Peterson to their staff of real estate professionals.
Peterson and her husband recently lived in several states during his time with the U.S. Army and recently moved to Richmond Hill.
Peterson is looking forward to assisting both military and civilian families with their real estate needs.
Peterson, whose mother and father are also in the real estate industry, joins RE/MAX Results under the leadership of owner Kelley Kesterson.
The office is located in Newnan and serves Coweta, Peachtree City, Tyrone, Fayetteville and the surrounding area. Peterson will be serving the greater Savannah area as well.

“We are optimistic for an upswing in the real estate market for 2013,” said Kesterson, “And we are excited to have Kassie’s first-hand experience with the U.S. military in order to best serve the needs of families being relocated to Georgia.”

When she is not representing clients, the Auburn University grad enjoys watching college football, tracking her fantasy football team and horseback riding.

Forward Steps Counseling opens permanent location

Forward Steps Counseling will be moving to a permanent location on Commerce Drive in Peachtree City on Feb. 1.

Rosonja Seay is the counselor and owner of Forward Steps Counseling LLC. She began serving clients in Coweta and Fayette counties in April.

Seay works to works to help couples and individuals to move forward in their lives and she is excited that she has the opportunity to collaborate with clients to find solutions as they face various transition periods in life.

Forward Steps Counseling emphasizes short-term counseling and focuses on solutions for situational issues of everyday life, particularly during troublesome transitional periods. Brief counseling will be used to help the client develop coping skills. Thus, the client will be empowered to live a more productive and satisfying life.

Fidelity Bank reports 2012 earnings

Fidelity Southern Corporation, holding company for Fidelity Bank, reported net income of $25.3 million for 2012, compared to $11.4 million for 2011.

For the fourth quarter of 2012, net income was $5.4 million, compared to $8.2 million for the third quarter, and $3.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2011.

Fidelity Chairman Jim Miller called 2012 “a record year with improvement in many areas. We experienced significant organic and M&A growth and strong fee income in all lines of business. We also controlled expenses as a result of consolidations and integration of our acquired banks.”
