Brown faces charges of striking deputy

Among those indicted by a Coweta County grand jury this week is Christopher Lynn Brown, charged with DUI (Less Safe) (Combined Influence), leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving and serious injury by vehicle after allegedly striking Clayton County Deputy Sheriff Amy Kemper, who was riding a motorcycle on U.S. 29 north near Lake Ridge Way last March.
