Another 'fiscal cliff' may impact nation's roads

There’s more than one “fiscal cliff” approaching in Washington.
While the attention has been on the looming budget cuts and tax hikes regarding the overall federal budget, there is also an issue with the federal Highway Trust Fund, which is funded with the federal motor fuel tax.
