Mayor Sells gets deadline to demolish, repair house

After a lengthy hearing in which Grantville building inspector Jack Mapp was extensively questioned about his findings and Mayor Jim Sells served in the dual role of city official and property owner, the Grantville City Council voted to label Sells’ property at 99 LaGrange St., Grantville, an unsafe structure suitable for demolition.
