The Ride for Hannah, to benefit cancer patient Hannah Currence, will be Saturday, Aug. 9 beginning at S&M Auto Repair at 37 LaGrange St. in Newnan.
Hannah, age 5, has been diagnosed with stage 3 rhabdomyosarcoma cancer. Proceeds from the ride will be donated to her family for expenses related to the illness.
The cost is $25 per driver, $10 per passenger. Lunch will be provided and there will be a prize drawing. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the ride starts at 11 a.m.
