Ruby Culberson Breed, 89, of Hogansville, Ga., died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 27 in the chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with burial in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6 until 8 Friday night.
