Chattahoochee River expected to crest two feet above all-time high

The Chattahoochee River roared past its flood stage of 15 feet at Whitesburg Sunday and by Monday afternoon was headed for an all-time record, set to surpass the old high flood stage of 29.11 feet by more than two full feet before the river crests at a predicted 31.5 feet Tuesday afternoon.
