Speed can be needed to keep up with sinners
A policeman in Cambridge, Mass., tore up a speeding ticket, which he was about to give a clergyman, who offered this explanation: “Officer, I’m sorry I was driving too fast and going over the speed limit, but you have to be speedy these days if you expect to have any chance at all of keeping up with all the sin and the sinners."
