Rutledge receives new handicapped ramp

Thanks to a grant given by The Coweta Community Foundation (CCF) to Newnan’s Rutledge Center, a new handicapped ramp and canopy cover now keeps clients and assistants dry during bus and other vehicle loading and unloading.
