Seven Newnan High School students were recognized by LaGrange College President Dan McAlexander at the institution’s recent Presidential Scholarship Day.

The event honors students who have demonstrated the highest levels of academic achievement and leadership.

Jillian Montgomery, Carly Duke, Jonathan Fleckenstein, Kyra Odum, Laura Bowen, Summer Vo and Savannah Thomley were among 2013 honorees, receiving certificates and personal congratulations from Dr. McAlexander.
