Winkley 3rd in national contest

Newnan Christian School student Danielle Winkley recently finished in the top three artists nationally at the 35th annual American Association of Christian Schools National Fine Arts Competition held at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.
Winkley, who is the daughter of Dwight and Cathy Winkley of Moreland, placed third overall in the People/Animal Category of the Digital Photography competition.
Competitors had to finish first in their state’s competition in order to qualify for the national event.
