Barbeque lunch will raise funds for Arnall band program

The First Annual “Barbeque for the Band” fundraiser will be held Saturday, April 28, at Arnall Middle School in Newnan, in support of the school’s vibrant concert band program.
Delicious barbeque will be prepared by professional Bobby Proctor who is well-regarded for his 30 years of experience in cooking great barbeque meals.
For those with a sweet tooth, there will be a volunteer-manned bake sale with delicious desserts which can be purchased separately.
Plates and quarts can be preordered by contacting Gena Wayne, Arnall band director, at gena.wayne@cowetaschools.org , or 770-254-2765, ext. 222. Preorders must be placed by Wednesday, April 25. These items can be picked up on April 28 between 11 a.m -1 p.m.
In addition, barbeque plates and quarts can be purchased by the general public from 1-3 p.m. that day at Arnall Middle School off Lora Smith Road. The sale will be located at the front of the school near the gymnasium.
Profits from the fundraiser support the Arnall Middle School band program through the purchase of musical instruments, stands, and sheet music for the students.
