Walker to sign copies of mental math book today

Newnan resident Willie Walker will be signing copies of his book, “Walker’s Method: A Recipe for Mental Math,” today.

Walker will sign the book at Espresso Lane in downtown Newnan from 1-3 p.m. “Walker’s Method: A Recipe for Mental Math” is written for people who find fractions, percentages and acute angles make their heads hurt.

The book offers guidance on how to compute complex problems in one’s head without the use of a calculator. Walker’s book teaches helpful math techniques that challenge the brain, providing teaching excitement for learners of all ages.
