BelkGives on the Go Mobile Mammography Center to Visit Newnan

The BelkGives on the Go Mobile Mammography Center visits Newnan Friday, June 20 – 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Newnan Belk store, Ashley Park, 450 Newnan Crossing Bypass.

The mobile unit served more than 4,500 women, detected 14 cases of cancer throughout the Southeast in its first year. The 39-foot-long, state-of-the-art screening center on wheels, is stopping at Belk stores in LaGrange, Carrollton, Newnan and Norcross during the week of June 16 to offer free, convenient mammogram screenings.

Women age 40 and over with no breast concerns, who have not had a mammogram in the last 12 months and have a primary care physician are eligible by calling 855-655-BMMC (2662) to schedule an appointment.
