WWII history program at Carnegie

Newnan Carnegie Library hosts a program remembering events of World War II, “Lessons Learned,” on Friday, Feb. 7, from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

Dr. Walt Todd continues his series of lectures on World War II history. Todd is a professor at Shorter University of Atlanta.

For his February program Todd focuses on “The Invasion of Kwajalein: The Breaking of the Outer Ring.”

Those wishing to attend are invited to call the library to reserve a spot at 770-683-1347. The Carnegie is a 1 LaGrange St. at the Court Square in downtown Newnan.
