Cowetan to compete for Miss Georgia Teen USA

Sabrina Nicole Lewis, 15, of Newnan, GA will compete for the title of MISS GEORGIA TEEN USA 2014 on November 21-23, 2013 at the Woodland Performing Arts Theatre in Cartersville, GA.

Miss Lewis is the daughter of Mr. Richard L. Lewis and Mrs. Sylvia Allen Lewis. She attends East Coweta High School in Sharpsburg, GA and is enrolled in advanced classes. Her school activities include: Beta Club, Spanish Club, Environmental Club, IV Girls’ Volleyball Team, Girl’s Track Team, and Interscholastic Equestrian (IEA) Riding Team.

Ms. Lewis enjoys reading, creative writing, and horseback riding. She is a volunteer for the Coweta Organization for Riding, Rehabilitation and Learning, (CORRAL) and has participated (for the past two summers) in the “River of Life” mission programs through Faith Creek & Stark United Methodist Churches. Ms. Lewis, during the spring of 2013, was the recipient of a Silver Medal in the National Spanish Exam Program. Ms. Lewis says that she is “honored to have been selected to participate in the pageant and is very excited about representing the city of Newnan in the Miss Georgia Teen Pageant”.

The pageant preliminary competition is on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. The final competition is on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at the box office or calling: (770) 387-1357.

The MISS GEORGIA TEEN USA and MISS GEORGIA USA pageants are the Official Preliminaries to the MISS TEEN USA, MISS USA, and MISS Universe pageants and are a Donald J. Trump and NBC Universal joint venture.
