Several Coweta area banks and mortgage companies shared mortgage rates as of Friday.

-- Home Loan Professionals -- 30-year fixed, 6.25%; 15-year fixed, 5.875%; adjustable, 5.75% (0.75 discount points, 1 percent origination fee); FHA/VA 6.25%.

-- Neighborhood Community Bank -- 30-year fixed, 6.125%; 15-year fixed, 5.875%; adjustable, 6% (5/1 ARM); FHA/VA, 6.25%; Libor/Interest Only 6% (3/1 interest only).

-- McIntosh Commercial Bank -- 30-year fixed, 6.25%; 15-year fixed, 6%; FHA/VA, 6.375%.
