Several Coweta County banks and mortgage companies shared rates as of Friday:

-- Bank of Georgia - 30-year fixed, 5.75%; 15-year fixed, 5.5%; 5/1 adjustable rate mortgage, 5.875%; FHA/VA, 5.875%; Libor, interest only, 6.125%.

-- Home Loan Professionals - 30-year fixed, 5.75%; 15-year fixed, 5.5%; ARM, 5.5% (.75 discount points, 1% origination fee); FHA/VA, 6%.

-- Neighborhood Community Bank - 30-year fixed, 5.75%; 15-year fixed, 5.5%; 5/1 ARM, 5.625%; FHA/VA, 5.875%; 3/1 interest only, 5.625%.

-- McIntosh Commercial Bank - 30-year fixed, 5.875%; 15-year fixed, 5.625%; FHA/VA, 6%.
