Murphy joins Josey, Young and Brady

Jennifer Leigh Murphy has begun her real estate career with Josey, Young and Brady Realty in Newnan.

Murphy loves meeting new people, providing solutions to their real estate needs and making people happy, giving expert guidance and personalized attention to all clients. Murphy takes care to offer ongoing support throughout the sales process, and will be available to her clients before, during and after closing.

Murphy previously worked in the engineering field and as an educator at Newnan Presbyterian Preschool.

Murphy moved to Newnan in 1997, and has generations of family ties to the area. She and her husband have three children and Murphy volunteers at Central Baptist Church.

Beck alternate delegate to Angus convention

Richard Beck of Sharpsburg has been elected as an alternate delegate to the 131st Annual American Angus Association Convention of Delegates.

Beck is one of 304 Angus breeders who have been elected by fellow members to serve as alternate state representatives to the annual meeting.
