Hunter named to Wells Fargo Premier Advisors Program

Coweta native Scott Hunter, managing director-investment officer for Wells Fargo Advisors, has been named a member of the firm’s Premier Advisors Program for the fourth year in a row.

Being named to the Premier Advisors Program reflects Hunter’s achievement of professional success by meeting or exceeding Wells Fargo Advisors’ high standards as measured by one or more of the firm’s criteria for revenue generation, educational attainment and client-service best practices.

Hunter has been a financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors for six years. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Hunter was an information technology manager at the Home Depot corporate headquarters in Atlanta.

Hunter is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and management information systems. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from Georgia State University. Hunter is an active member of his community and is on the board of the Artesian City Sertoma Club.

Born and raised in Newnan, Hunter lives in Albany with his wife Jessica and son Will.
