Stairway to Heaven under new management

Stairway to Heaven Antique Mall on Greenville Street is now under new management.

James and Christy Johnson are the new owners and are eager to get their new changes under way.

James and Christy hope to a implement military and tactical area which will provide new and vintage gear for collectors and active members of law enforcement.

“We’re excited to integrate fresh inventory, a new layout that is easier for the customer to navigate and a newfound focus on excellent customer service” said James Johnson.

Stairway to Heaven will also be hosting a “Live Paranormal Investigation” of the store with author and paranormal investigator, Christina Barber, on Oct. 26 which will then lead into a walking tour of haunted places in the Historic Downtown Newnan Area.

LOFT donates to Fashion Delivers

LOFT stores donated pants to Fashion Delivers, a non-profit organization that provides new women's and men's clothes and home fashions to people in need.

The donation was part of the "Love Your Pants" event to launch the company's redesigned women's pants.

Heavenly Vapes ribbon cutting held

A Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting was recently held for Heather's Heavenly Vapes at 1485 Hwy. 34 East. The store sells custom e-liquids in a variety of flavors and vape gear.

Mobley Eye Care to hold grand opening

A grand opening celebration for the newest location of Mobley Eye Care will be held Oct. 15 from 4 to 6 p.m.

The office is located at 3339 Hwy. 34 East, Sharpsburg. It's the third office of Dr. B. Dean Mobley, joining offices in Fayetteville and Austell.

There will be a live radio broadcast, food and drinks, and door prizes, ranging from free lenses and sunglasses to t-shirts.
