The Heritage School boys basketball team built a 44-16 lead at the half, and turned it into a 81-28 victory over Harvester Christian on Tuesday.
Kyle Kimsey led the way with 14 points, converting seven of 11 shots from the field en route to the win. Candler Rich added 13 points, including one from beyond the 3-point circle.
In Middle School boys action, the Hawks defeated Harvester Christian 58-19. A.J. Gainwell led the way with 15 points and Jay Macke finished with 13.
Mackie finished the night with three 3-pointers.
In Middle School girls action, the Lady Hawks also defeated Harvester 24-11. Machaela Cushing finished with 11 points and five rebounds.
Both middle school teams are preparing for the playoffs.
The boys team heads into the tournament as the No. 1 seed after compiling an 8-0 record.
They open the playoffs on Thursday at home.
The Heritage School girls are the second seed with a 6-2 record and also open play Thursday.
If both teams win, they will play in the championship games Saturday.
