Heritage School tennis teams swept LaGrange Academy on Friday, with the Lady Hawks winning all six matches on the road.
The boys team went 5-1 in the GISA Region 4-AA match, which included a pair of 8-0 wins from singles players Joe Sterrey and Alex Carter.
In girls action, Isabel Dennis turned in an 8-0 shutout, while fellow singles players Amanda Frederking and Ellie Crosby won 8-3 and 8-1, respectively. Doubles action saw Andrea Mayen and Abbie Farr team for a 8-1 victory among three teams that won matches.
Also winning in doubles for the Lady Hawks were tandems of Lindsey Sherrod and Kendall Roy (8-2), along with Milan Ireland and Madison Renaud (8-1).
In addition to Sterrey and Carter, the Hawks' winners in singles action also included Garrett Okun and Thomas Pettit, both in 8-1 victories.
In doubles play, Tre Wheat and Grayson Parker won 8-3, while Jack Cranford and John Weinand turned in a 8-1 victory. A team of Pettit and Alex Pfundt lost a 8-5 decision.
Heritage School teams return to region play on Monday at Christian Heritage in Dalton.
