Lions defeat Crown Athletics

Trinity Christian's golf team improved its record to 3-3 this season with a victory on Thursday over Crown Athletics.

The Lions shot a combined score of 172 in a nine-hole match at Canongate-on-White Oak for a 17-stroke victory.

Junior Hudson Huber led Trinity as low medalist with a 37 while senior Luke Hammock added a 42 in the victory.

The Knights were led by Timothy Hudson's score of 43.

Trinity resumes region play with a pair of matches next week.
